The textbook is written in accordance with the Federal State Standard for Higher Education for Jurisprudence. It reveals the basic categories underlying jurisprudence: the state, law, rule, system of law, the application of law, the interpretation of law, legal relationship, etc. A package of schemes and intellectual cards has been attached to each topic of the textbook. A full development of the course of state theory and law is a necessary condition for the formation of a lawyer specialist, a prerequisite for the transition to the study of industry and applied legal disciplines.
The textbook is an element of the scientific and educational complex in this discipline, which, in addition to the textbook, also includes a workshop for first-year students and playground for teachers of state theory and law. All elements of the scientific and educational complex are coordinated by each other based on the course program.
The scientific and educational complex for the theory of state and law is supported by information partners of the project - the companies "guarantor", "ConsultantPlus" and EBS "Znanium". The publicly available electronic libraries of the project partners can be used by students to prepare for training sessions, tests and exams, as well as for legal self -education.
