Along with the traditional issues of the object, subject and method of comparative legal science, the issues of legal reception and its mechanism, as well as the problems of the formation of the conceptual-cathemic apparatus of legal comparative studies are considered.
The study is intended for students, undergraduates and graduate students of legal specialties and specializations, as well as for specialists working with foreign law
