The Western flank of the CIS and the Baltic states. Results of 30 years of independence

On November 19, 2021, the Association of Baltic-Black Sea Research conducted an international scientific and practical conference Western Flank of the CIS and Baltic states: the results of 30 years of independence. Structurally, the conference was divided into five key sections, each of which, in turn, included, in addition to the plenary part, a component of free discussion. To a large extent, it was during it that the conference participants had the opportunity not only to evaluate the academic value of the reports of colleagues, but also to form a palette of opinions, which formed the basis of this collective monograph.
Upon completion of the conference, the results were summed up, key theses were formulated in the main discussion areas of the conference (the experience of state construction in Belarus, Moldova, Ukraine and the Baltic states, the economic situation in the countries of the Western part of the post -Soviet region, the energy security of Belarus, Moldova, Ukraine and The Baltic states, foreign policy imperatives of the countries of the region, etc) The past conference showed the fundamental potential both as an academic forum and in the form of a scientific and political discussion platform.
It is of interest to all the countries of the post -Soviet space that are interested in the external and domestic policy, and especially Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova and the Baltic states
