The work of the famous Russian public historian German Nazarov, a former engineer-racetric, demonstrates a new look at some of the most sensational events in the history of Russia. The author, when analyzing a particular history, identifies the stages of the invisible struggle that is happening between those who seized power in Russia in 1917, and those who came to power in 1937 studying the history of the party, back in Soviet times, he came to the conclusion, that it was impossible to separate Lenin from Trotsky. That the exorbitant praise of Lenin - the destroyer of the Russian Empire, and the belittal of the role of Stalin, the initiator of the creation of the USSR, were the main reason for the defeat of the Soviet regime. Based on archival documents, it exposes historical myths when the truth was turned into a lie.
Reviewing the interpretation of events, the author focuses on the situation within the country, on foreign policy factors, on key figures of the 20th century. Restores "white spots" formed as a result of party censorship. Moreover, not only the communist, but also the post -Soviet period: from the uprising on the battleship "Potemkin" to the tragedy on the atomic missile carrier "Kursk". The author showed that despite the overthrow of Soviet power and the arrival of a new, so -called "democratic", propaganda of lies continues. He considers the theme of repression imposed on the society, perverted and far -fetched. Indeed, under Lenin and Trotsky, mass repressions took place, only larger. Looking through the cases of the repressed, the author convincingly showed that in the camps in 1937-38, hit who created them. That under Stalin the power of Trotsky was overthrown and the repressive apparatus that he was created by him was destroyed. This was said for the first time.
