The book "Vincent Letter" is the academic fundamental work of the Serbian professor Dr. Paleolinguistics Radivoy Peshich. In the time of the occurrence of ancient writing, official science was the opinion that the first forms of writing could not arise the early second millennium BC. e. Professor R. Peshich, through paleolingweight and grammatological studies of ceramic inscriptions found during excavations in the village of Vinca near Belgrade, made a revolutionary discovery that the letters found were already alphabetical and made in the 4th millennium BC. e. Vincent letter was fully consistent with the Etruscan and to a large extent to the Phoenician letter, from which other types of European letters then occurred.
