"From my words it is written correctly" - this formulation ends the protocols of interrogations in the investigative affairs of millions repressed for political reasons during the years of the Stalinist terror. As a rule, people were forced to sign these fabricated documents without reading. After the sentence, they were sent for execution or by stage to the camp.

years later the descendants of the repressed - children, grandchildren, great -grandchildren - restore biographies of these people crossed out of memory, collecting facts literally by bit. Some of them seek help to the Center for Documentation of the Museum of the History of the Gulag.
