The presidency in the post -Soviet space. Processes of genesis and transformations

The monograph is devoted to the problems of the genesis, the formation and development of the Institute of Presented in the states of the post -Soviet space. The factors of the genesis of the institution of presidency in the Union republics, the formation and transformation of constitutional models of presidency, the formation and dynamics of models of the interaction of the president and parliament, the model of broadcasting of the presidential power in post -Soviet states are considered.
