Against the background of the rapid economic upsurge of China, there is a tendency towards a deeper study of the Chinese economy and Soviet-Chinese cooperation in the 1950s, during which the foundations of the country"s industrialization were laid. The author’s team, plunged for two years in the study of archival materials, set itself the task of not only more detailed study of the forms and content of the assistance of the Soviet side to China, but also a deep study of the construction of the USSR assistance system in restoring, reconstruction and construction "156 production facilities" of the PRC. The authors of step by step traced the interaction of the USSR Assistance System with many large enterprises from the list "156 production facilities" and a little less detail - with the directions of production, which included these enterprises. A similar approach recreates a wide picture of grandiose events in the economy and reveals a single impulse of Chinese and Soviet advisers, engineering and workers aimed at strengthening the state and strengthening national sovereignty
