West Moscow, the original Old Believer region, known as the "Volokolamsk Forest", was previously located. He covered a number of areas of Volokolamsk, Mozhaisk, Klinsky and Ruzsky counties. With his spiritual roots, he goes back to the ancient monastery, including the Levkiev desert. For certain historical reasons, this center of the Old Believers by the beginning of the 20th century. I could not develop in a large, crowded array, but was preserved only in the form of small enclaves of the settlement of the Old Believers.
