Nabatei flashed a meteor in world history, and ancient writers mention them only by chance. Meanwhile, the Nabaty kingdom controlled the caravan paths along which spices and incense from Arabia were carried, and was one of the richest and culturally developed states in Asia Minor. Nabatei deftly used the profitable geographical position and did not miss the opportunity to expand their possessions: in 84 BC. e. They subjugated Damascus and a significant part of Syria. Soon, however, the Roman Empire took Syria to the hands, and then the line of the Nabateian kingdom came: in 106, e. Emperor Trajan turned him into the Roman province of Arabia Petreskaya. After that, the Abads disappeared, dissolved among other peoples, but Petra architectural treasures remained, and the Nabathy letter served as the basis for a classic Arab letter.
