Real labor is the result of the efforts of many authors who have various, including even opposite views, but all of them are united by interest in the figure of a great thinker and moralist, as well as in an urgent problem of prospects for the development and improvement of modern law. The intrigue lies in the fact that, distant from the well-known anarchism of P. A. Kropotkin, the creative team is mainly focused on the possibilities of using the huge creative, mainly moral and philosophical potential of the classic in the line of strengthening the humanistic content in law and society as a whole. The relevant chapters are written on the basis of reports made both at the Interregional Scientific Conference "Ethics P. A. Kropotkin and the problem of the ratio of morality and law" (September 2015), and at the three-part All-Russian Scientific Conference "Ethical and Philosophical Heritage of P.A.
