The monograph highlights the issues of legalizing social entrepreneurship in Russia and a number of foreign countries. The study and analysis of foreign legislative approaches to the legalization of social entrepreneurship, the conditions of its state and other support in the EU, USA, Great Britain and Canada, South Korea allowed the authors not only to evaluate one or another legalized model of social entrepreneurship from the point of view of the prospects of their further development, But to show their advantages and disadvantages from the point of view of "transfer" to Russian reality. A significant part of the study is devoted to issues about the signs and concepts of social entrepreneurship, the trends in the further development of the institution of social entrepreneurship in Russia.
The conceptual shortcomings of the Russian approach to the legalization of social entrepreneurship have been identified. Proposals have been formulated to change Russian legislation on social entrepreneurship.
The legislation is given as of February 1, 2020 (taking into account amendments and additions to the law on small and medium -sized enterprises, which have secured the concept and signs of social entrepreneurship in Russia)
For scientists, teachers, graduate students, students of law universities, employees of state bodies and all who are interested in the problem being studied
