The monographs solve two interconnected tasks: the theoretical definition of the modern content of the constitutional legal status of a person in our country in the context of the development of constitutional legislation, international law and experience of legal regulation in foreign countries, the establishment of the most significant trends in the development of the legal status of personality, which determine changes in the constitutional doctrine, legislation and law enforcement practice.
The role of constitutional legislation in the realization of constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens is analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the problem of the existence of "parallel" regulation and personality at the level of the Constitution and current legislation. Separately considered issues of the influence of regional legislation on the development of the constitutional legal status of an individual. It is shown that in this regard in various subjects of the Federation, various regulatory approaches are used. Given the fact that the legal status of a person, along with rights and freedoms, also form the obligations of the individual, the essence and directions of the development of institutions of obligations and responsibility are revealed.
