The monograph by Professor A.N. Mayurov reflects the historical processes that took place in the latest history of the USSR and a number of countries created in the territory of the former Soviet Union, in connection with the alcoholization of the peoples living on its territory, the state struggle for their sobering and the social movement for sobriety.
