Through a brief review of the country"s historical and legal development, extracts from documents, methodological support. It consists of four chapters that consider the periods of formation, development, crisis and collapse of the Soviet state. The emphasis on historiography and source studies aims to help students in independent work with literature in the preparation of reports, coursework and thesis.
