The book is dedicated to the basic milestones in the evolution of Spanish constitutionalism - Spanish basic laws. Each of them has become a stage in the formation of a national constitutional tradition, in the creation of the premium of the substantial and formal-legal characteristics of the constitutions, in the practice of their implementation.
The evolution of the Spanish constitutions demonstrates how the system of higher and local authorities gradually formed in the country, relations between the personality and the authorities, the state and the church were formed. In Spain, there was a tendency to use previously adopted national constitutions as sources of subsequent acts, which was also reflected in the process of developing the current Spanish Constitution, adopted in 1978.
This publication is presented into Russian, carried out by the author of the monograph, all the historical constitutions adopted in Spain since the beginning of the 19th century
