The monograph considers a wide range of issues related to the formation and change in the political image of Russia in the United States of the late XIX - early XX centuries. The historical, economic and international-political contexts of these changes are shown, as well as events and processes in the domestic and foreign policy of the Russian Empire, which had the greatest influence on public opinion in America. A comparative analysis of Russia"s perception of various political forces and social movements in the United States was carried out.
