Suvorin Boris Alekseevich (1879 - 1940) - Russian journalist, writer, publisher, participant in the white movement. The son of a famous journalist and publisher Alexei Suvorin. In the proposed book, first published in Paris in 1922, Suvorin talks about the initial period of the Volunteer Army - the foundation, the first legendary Kuban campaign and events from November 1917 to November 1918. In the preface, he writes: “Let my reader not seek in mine in mine Essays on history or historical memoirs. I insist that these are only the “impressions” of a journalist, a close witness of this, little familiar to readers, the heroic era of the Volunteer Army, whose feat will be appreciated someday a lot later ...
