The book of Alexander Filyushkin is devoted to a large -scale clash in the Baltic States in the second half of the 16th century with the participation of Russia, Livonia, Sweden, Poland, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, Denmark, the Holy Roman Empire and Prussia. The described events became the beginning of a long series of confrontations of Russia and Europe, which determined the nature of international communication of subsequent centuries. It was at the end of the 16th century that many stamps and myths about each other, who had a mutual hostility and who are still alive, were born by military propaganda.
