Monograph is an interdisciplinary historical and theoretical study of the problems of state evolution. The concept of the authors is based on a phenomenological approach. For the first time in legal science, a comprehensive understanding of the evolution of the state as a multi -vector development process was proposed. On rich actual material, the authors reveal the prerequisites for the emergence of the state, explore the factors, mechanisms and the basic laws of its evolution. The monograph has developed periodization and the main stages of the evolution of the state are considered, and the categories of a traditional state, which was not studied in literature, are paid considerable attention.
