The monograph discusses the impact of modern digital technologies on the law and the legal system. The authors analyze complex symbiotic relations that arise during the interaction of law and digital technologies that occur under the influence of digital technologies in the law that currently passes into the turning point of evolution - the transformation of the law in which the changes undergo its fundamental foundations, such as forms (sources) rights, as well as forms of exercise of law.
Separately, the work considers the emergence of fundamentally new subjects of law (such as robots and artificial intelligence systems), objects of legal regulation, as well as features of the realization of the rights and freedoms of citizens in the era of digital technologies.
For scientists, teachers, graduate students, students and everyone who will be interested in modern evolutionary transformations in law
