In modern conditions, issues of systematizing legislation on countering corruption can be considered as priority from the standpoint of the theory and practice of legal regulation, since their successful decision largely determines the effectiveness of the application of relevant norms.
The manual presents the conceptual grounds for consolidating the legislation on countering corruption in modern Russia. The study was carried out on the basis of an analysis of the Russian legal tradition, taking into account doctrinal representations and foreign experience. The consolidation of anti -corruption legislation is considered as a holistic concept that is based on modern theoretical ideas about the system of legislation and the system of law, the principles of law -making, the essence and forms of systematization. Much attention is paid directly to the scientific concept of systematizing the legislation on countering corruption, as well as the criteria for its effectiveness.
The legislation is given as of January 1, 2021
for state and municipal employees, employees of the education system, practicing lawyers, graduate students and students
