The monograph is devoted to a source study of one of the variety of contractual documents of the XVII - the first half of the XIX century. - private acts in the Tatar language. The work highlights the features of the origin and functioning of these documents, the reasons for the preservation and subsequent legalization of the traditions of forming various relations in the Russian legal field in Tatar society.
The author not only carried out a paleographic analysis and made an attempt to diplomatic analysis of the subject of his study, but also showed the information potential of private acts to represent the socio-legal status of the top of the Tatar service class.
The publication is addressed to historians-sources, specialists in local history, students and graduate students of humanitarian specialties and everyone who is interested in the history of the Tatar people
