This year of year is the seventh volume of the "systemic monitoring of global and regional risks", prepared as part of the fundamental research program for the Higher School of Economics, Arab Spring as a trigger of the global phase transition" (head - professor A.V. Korotaev) This production of monitoring consists of two main parts. The first part is devoted to the analysis of individual important aspects of the Arab spring and understanding these events in the global context, including in terms of forecasts of the future change in world order. The second part is devoted to the important theoretical aspects of the problems of revolutions, their waves and - wider - the problems of the socio -political destabilization of society, but the events of the Arab spring had a significant impact on the position of the authors of these studies
