Strolls through old Kolomna

This unique book of Kolomna’s streets is the result of many years of search and collecting by the author of printed and archival materials. She recreates a picturesque picture of the former St. Petersburg outskirts, the Venetian corner between Neva, Fontanka and the Hook Canal. The streets of Staraya Kolomna, on which the Ministry of the Interior was located, the imperial human loving society, the hospital of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker and the Marine Nicholo-Bogoavalen Cathedral, underwent many renaming and became witnesses of many changes.
