The monograph is devoted to the study of the state-legal views of the outstanding Russian scientist, religious philosopher and public figure Sergei Nikolaevich Bulgakov, who is an example of a person whose life path came during the indigenous transformations of socio-economic and political systems.
The appeal of S. N. Bulgakov to such topics as the identity of Russia, the continuity of its historical development, the adaptation of traditional values to changing realities gains particular relevance today. Indeed, in the focus of the modern intellectual elite - politicians, lawyers, historians - the search for ways to preserve Russian identity, the development of national ideology adequate to the national mentality. In this context, the views of the thinker on the state and law, little studied in modern legal science, are of some interest for researchers.
The publication is designed for scientists, as well as for a wide range of readers
