Special economic territories in Russia

The monographs consider the most important theoretical and practical aspects of the model of the spatial development of Russia as the fundamental basis of the modern strategic planning system. The most close attention is paid to the formation of special (free) economic zones, territories of ahead of socio-economic development, a system of free ports and innovative scientific and technological centers.
