The monograph is devoted to economics, politics, social sphere of the Soviet Union. In it, on a significant actual material, the path of the Great Country is traced from the moment of creating until its collapse in 1991. Socio-economic and political reasons preceding the education of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR) were covered in the book. Many space was given to the economic development of the USSR, the creation of its military-industrial potential based on industrialization, the implementation of the cultural revolution, the elimination of illiteracy of the population, and another creative activity to implement the Leninist plan for building socialism in one, individual country. The author paid special attention to the analysis of the constitutions and other legislation of the Soviet Union, which was aimed at the progressive socio-economic development of the country, an increase in the standard of living of Soviet people.
