The monograph analyzes the policy of the Soviet state at the main international forums of the 20-30s. XX century, convened with the aim of preserving the Versailles-Vashington system and resolving geopolitical, military and economic problems facing the world community. Conferences are considered as the basis for solving specific problems of foreign and domestic policy of the USSR. The process of involving the Soviet state in international politics is shown, the features of continuity and the emergence of new trends in the diplomacy of the Kremlin are reflected.
