A systematic study of the history of Soviet-Polish negotiations of 1918-1921 was conducted in the monograph, a separately Belarusian issue was allocated. The periodization of the negotiation process has been determined, the unofficial and official parts of the Soviet-Polish negotiations have been identified. The positions of the Soviet and Polish governments in relation to Belarusian lands have been studied, the influence of the Entente and the United States on the negotiation process is determined. The issue of the formation of the Belarusian section of the Soviet-Polish border and the process of rectification is discussed in detail.
