thematically, he is a continuation of the publication "Soviet Foreign Policy and Diplomacy of 1939-1941: Non-trivial view of events" (M., 2019).
V. A. Tokarev considers various subjects related to the genesis of Soviet-German treaties (on non-aggression of August 23, on friendship and border of September 28, 1939) and secret protocols for them: the Polish problem, political and legal aspects of the “Field of interest” .
In an article by A. Libin, the concept of Hitler anti -Semitism is presented as the basis for the motivation of the Fuhrer against the backdrop of a complex complex of relations between the USSR and Germany and the development of the situation in the international arena at the initial stage of the Second World War.
V. A. Nenzhin gave his comments on this article, introducing previously unknown archival materials.
