The book is devoted to the theoretical analysis of the experience of socialism in the USSR, its contradictions and research, on the basis of this experience, which should be socialism of the 21st century. Its author attributes himself to the direction of critical Marxism and, defending the Marxist approach, offers to abandon some utopian views on socialism.
