The collection of scientific works of one of the founders of the Kazan Law School of Professor Valery Vasilyevich Lazarev is devoted to the urgent problems of the theory of state and law and the history of political and legal teachings. The originality of the name is due to the positioning of the author: "sixties" is customary to search among writers and publicists. But among the lawyers there were their “sixties”. And, in particular, the lectures of V.V. Lazarev at the legal faculty of the KSU in the 60-70s of the twentieth century met this concept.
