At the turn of the XIX and XX centuries. In Russia, as in the whole world, disappointment in state structure, culture, philosophy and law grew. In poetry, philosophy, law and other areas of spiritual activity, the views and ideas caused by the ways and goals of changing the world, state and society appeared.
