This book is a reduced version of the collection of documentary essays by Andrei Lubyanov "Fiery Tornado at the" fishing of sturgeon ", dedicated to the second defense of Sevastopol 1941-1942. Documentary essays based on previously closed Soviet and German archival materials, as well as evidence of defense participants, reveal the features of the tactics of defenders, mistakes made by the command, talk about little -known or previously unknown to the mass reader for some strongholds, batteries and forts.
