Reprint from the publication. Moscow, Military Publishing House, 1943. Franz von Rintelen Franz Dagobert Johannes von Rintelen (1878 - 1949) Since 1903 he served in the Navy. The title is the captain of the 3rd rank. In 1915, as a Swiss citizen Emil V. Gasha was sent to the United States for sabotage of US military supplies to the Entente countries. In addition to sabotage in America, von Rinteline planned to raise a strike movement in military factories. In August 1915, he was arrested in England, where he tried to enter the Dutch ship with a Swiss passport. Issued in 1917 by the United States and got to the federal prison. At the end of the war, he left for the punishment and returned to Germany in 1921 under Hitler Rinteln, reacted hostile to the Nazis and emigrated to England, under the name von Kleist.
