This illustrated encyclopedia is devoted to the tragic and heroic events of the Second World War of 1939-1945. The capacious articles presented here in chronological order contain exhaustive objectively submitted information about the political and economic situation in Europe and the world in the prewar and war years. Attention was paid to the modernization of weapons, the result of which was the use of one of the warring sides of nuclear weapons.
