The monograph analyzes the process of forming a Soviet legal system at the initial stage of Soviet history, which is considered in its unity - from the origin of the theoretical foundations of the Soviet legal system to its implementation. The main content is devoted to the analysis of the process of changing the pre -revolutionary system of legal relations and institutions to a new legal procedure, the main goal of which was to consolidate the new state of power established in Russia after October 1917.
