The purpose of writing the book "Russian London" was to talk about those famous Russians who were closely connected in Great Britain, with its culture, history, everyday life and who either lived in exile in London, or for a short while stopped in it.
This book will not claim an exhaustive description of London attractions - for this it would be necessary for dozens, if not hundreds of books, but here the author tried to tell only those that are in any way connected with the Russians, trying not only to inform the most necessary Information about them, but it is imperative to bring little-known details that may be curious for the reader interested in the Anglo-Russian connections
