The monograph is devoted to the humanitarian aid of Serbia by Russia during the Balkan Wars (1912-1913) Since the beginning of the 20th century, we have been captured by two myths for the help of the Balkan Slavs. The first says that it turned out to be the ruling circles of the Russian Empire to the detriment of its own people. The second is that the “progressive strata of society” were forced to confront the tsarist government in this matter. In this work, the questions are covered in detail who and in what volume provided humanitarian assistance to Serbia in 1912-1913. The book is based on archival sources, most of which are introduced into scientific circulation for the first time, as well as the materials of the Russian press 1912-1913. It is addressed to historians, culturalists and everyone who is interested in the development of Russian-Serbic relations at the beginning of the 20th century
