The textbook covers the key issues of the history of Russia from ancient times to the beginning of the 16th century. It was created in accordance with the requirements of the historical and cultural standard and the Federal State Educational Standard of basic general education. Given the modern achievements of domestic and world historical science, the authors set out key events of Russian history.
For the first time in the school textbook, synchronization of the historical process is given. Considerable attention is paid to issues of culture and everyday life. The main result of studying the course should be the spiritual and moral development of schoolchildren, the formation of students in Russian civil identity and patriotism.
This textbook consists of two parts and opens the line of textbooks on domestic history.
