The binding is made according to 19th century technology from genuine leather and decorated with colorful and gold embossing according to copyright drawings, made specifically for this publication. The book block is printed on Palatina’s paper and sewed manually, the trolleys are turbulent. The book contains 12 color illustrations and 1 frontispiece. Furry and Passparte from designer paper.

The political career of Sergey Yulievich Witte was brilliant and quite deserved: the Minister of Finance of the Russian Empire for 11 years, the chairman of the Committee of Ministers, the first head of the Council of Ministers, a member of the State Council.
The years when Witte was the Minister of Finance, marked by an unprecedented increase in the country"s budget, the development of public economy and empire, an increase in private initiative and large reforms in the field of financial legislation. Thanks to Witte"s reforms, Russia began to gain industrial power, the gold standard of the ruble was introduced, and the active construction of roads began. It was Witte who initiated the laying of the Siberian Railway, and then continuously sought significant amounts for its fastest commissioning. To organize trade shipping along the Northern Sea Route, with its support, the first Russian icebreaker Ermak was built. In the efforts of Witte, dozens of higher and secondary schools were opened in all the country, where they were preparing personnel for the country"s gaining pace. Finally, on his initiative, the manifesto was drawn up on October 17, granting the main civil freedoms and introducing the institution of the national representation - the State Duma. In 1900-1902 Witte gave lectures on the national and state economy of the Russian Empire to his imperial highness Grand Duke Mikhail Alexandrovich. The Minister of Finance created this general course of economic development of the country specifically for the heir to the Russian throne.
The publication is printed by a limited circulation of 15 copies on premium offset paper, it is manually intertwined and decorated.
