The monograph discusses the history of Russian diplomacy between the 1917 revolution and the beginning of the active activity of the new ministry - the People’s Commissariat for Foreign Affairs. Chronologically, this time coincides with the civil war caused by the exacerbation of the implacable confrontation between social strata and the classes of Russian society as a result of World War II.
In the work, the main character is an aristocratic counter -revolution, which played a leading role in ensuring diplomatic support for the activities of anti -Bolshevik governments in Russia and strengthening ties with former allies beyond its borders.
