The beginning of the twentieth century, contemporaries called a beautiful era: a man began to conquer the heavenly elements, cars turned into a common means of transportation, ships with diesel turbines successfully replaced the steamboats from sea expanses, and religious disagreements faded into the background. Nothing seemed to foresee a civilizational broken when unexpectedly the Great War and the European Revolution completely changed the appearance of the world. Using the new systemic military-political methodology, when the international and domestic activities of states is determined by the cash technical potential and strategic doctrines of the army and navy, the author considers the events of the latest history in general and Russia primarily taking into account the fact that diplomacy and weapons were first closely communicated and weapons and weapons and weapons interdependence
