For the first time, the work Russia or Muscovy? was published in 2002. Even then, 20 years ago, the author, together with specialist scientists in the field of history, politics and philosophy, presented a comprehensive analysis of the historical experience of Russia since the 9th century. And ending with the current time, forecasts of further development were made, the ways to overcome the consequences of the collapse of the 90s were outlined: the geopolitical model of national security was presented, recommendations and proposals for the conceptual development of the country were developed.
What has changed over these 20 years? Why is the author again returning to this work? An analysis of the current geopolitical situation in Russia highlighted a terrible picture: the country is in the stage of decay and self -destruction, and if this course of development is continued, then by 2029 Russia will return to the status and size of Muscovy ...
And again, the scientist offers his concept of development: the country must go to the stage of origin and formation, fundamentally changing its model. Then a stable trend of decay can be overcome. The author hopes that this time he will be heard
