The relations of the two Slavic peoples over the past millennium have been complex and dramatic. In the X -XIII centuries, the Russian and Polish princes traded with each other, often went on a visit, to hunt, most of the Polish princesses were from the Rurik clan. There were frequent wars, but they can be called “good -neighborly”: not the people went to the people, but one prince called the twin - Lyah or Rus - to beat the neighbor together. However, the intervention of the Catholic Church and unlimited liberties, or rather, the arbitrariness of the Polish magnates caused centuries -old antagonism of the peoples. In the XIX -XX centuries, attempts were made to reconcile the Poles and Russians. Indeed, mutually beneficial cooperation has been established for decades. But, alas, there were always forces that destroy the world and incite hatred between the peoples.
