The publication is dedicated to the military campaigns of France in the period from 1792 to 1815, in the era of revolutionary and Napoleonic wars. The seventh volume reveals the history of the revolutionary wars of 1798-1799. The book is based on the memoirs of the direct participants in the wars. The period of revolutionary wars is not as famous as the Napoleonic wars.
The book describes all theaters of military operations, equally paying attention to key and secondary events, battles with the external enemy and ups and downs of the civil war.
