The book of the candidate of historical sciences, the chief specialist of the Russian State Archive of Social and Political History M.V. Based on a wide range of archival documents first introduced into scientific circulation, the author shows propaganda technologies that were exported from Nazi Germany to the occupied territories of the USSR. The book examines the system of bodies that carried out propaganda activities, mechanisms for the implementation of propaganda goals and objectives, technologies aimed at individual social groups of the population.
