Johann Altuziy is a German lawyer, philosopher, theorist, political thinker, one of the largest representatives of the School of Natural Law of the late XVI - early XVII century, which had a direct impact on the formation of the political and legal thought of the New Age. Interest in the ideological heritage of Altusia is explained not only by its republican-democratic views, but also by those principles of constitutionalism and federalism, which are founded by the state system of Russia and other democratic states.
