The chronicler contains detailed and unique information about the construction of cities, military campaigns, events of the oprichnina and turmoil. The first monographic study of the monument includes its comprehensive analysis. The occurrence of its main part in the order environment in 1611-1613 is convincingly shown. Under the pen of the Moscow clerk, Beach Perfiliev. The author managed to identify the sources of the monument: chronicles, discharge records, district letters of Tsar Vasily Shuisky, a record of oral stories and observations of the compiler.
